Ian McConnell; Executive Director--God has given Ian a longing to spread a passion for the glory of God through the gospel in the city. With the exception of college and seminary, Ian has spent his whole life in the city of Philadelphia.  Ian has served as a youth pastor and now leads Urban Imperative's first church plant, Grace Bible Church, in Northeast Philadelphia.  He and his wife Rachel are the proud parents of Payson Andru, Piper Joy and Silas Owen. 

William F. Rodebaugh: Operations Director--is a lifelong resident of Northeast Philadelphia.  Administration and Strategic Planning are two of his many God given gifts.  Bill has been married to Lisa for 9 years and they have three boys, William III, 6, Andrew 5, and Jonathan 3.  Bill attends Grace Bible Church and serves on the Board of Directors and as treasurer of the Helping Hand Rescue Mission and the Kensington Neighborhood House.  Bill currently works for GlaxoSmithKline in their IT department as a Director of Systems Analytics & Transformation, having joined in January of 2005.  Prior to GSK, Bill Rodebaugh was Director of Six Sigma for Grace Davison.  Bill, who holds a B.S.Chem.Eng. and an M.B.A. from Drexel University in Philadelphia, also held the position of production superintendent for Sunoco Chemicals.

Scott Pickering; Finance Director-- Scott fills a vital role on our leadership team. He originally grew up in south New Jersey before heading off to college to prepare for the business world. At graduation, he was awarded the R.K. Johnson Award from the Dean of the School of Business Administration. This award goes to the one graduating senior whom they believe best exemplifies Matthew 6:33--"Seek first the kingdom". He worked in the Assurance Department with Deloitte & Touche LLP in Philadelphia but has recently been overwhelmed with a burden to seek seminary training for local church ministry.   It only takes a few moments to sense that he has a great desire to spread a passion for God's glory through the gospel of Jesus Christ in the city.  Scott oversees all of our financial matters.
